CRL has given permission for Patent Annuity Costs Limited to act on his behalf for the purposes of collecting, storing and sharing information on this site. (In these terms, CRL and Patent Annuity Costs Limited are referred to us “we” and “our”).

Purpose of this site

We have created this site for the purpose of bringing a representative action against Marks & Clerk LLP and others in respect of secret commissions received following referral of their clients to CPA Global for renewal of their IP rights (called the “Claims” in these terms).

CRL is being advised by the law firm Signature Litigation LLP in respect of the representative action and will jointly control Personal Data collected from this site. Signature Litigation LLP processes personal data in accordance with its published Privacy Notice, available here: https://www.signaturelitigation.com/privacy-notice/.

We may suspend or withdraw this site

Our site is made available free of charge.

We do not guarantee that our site, or any content on it, will always be available or that its use will be uninterrupted. We may suspend, update, change, withdraw or restrict the availability of all or any part of our site for business and operational reasons. We will endeavour, where appropriate, to give you reasonable notice of any suspension or withdrawal.

Which country’s laws apply to any disputes?

These terms of use, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by English law. We both agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
